The Cincinnati NAACP supports the decision of The City Manager’s office to terminate Rose Valentino from the CPD

The Cincinnati NAACP supports the decision of The City Manager’s office, upon recommendation of Interim Chief Theetge, to terminate Rose Valentino from the Cincinnati Police Department. Rose Valentino has demonstrated that she is not fit to police our communities.

We hope Ms. Valentino will take time to engage in anti-racism training, as well as counseling for her own mental health. She must address the bias, discrimination, & hatred that is in her heart. We invite Ms. Valentino to become involved with the Cincinnati NAACP. The NAACP strives to “ensure a society in which all individuals have equal rights without discrimination based on race.”
